Safety Program

STATEMENT FROM THE PRESIDENT

“Nobody Gets Hurt.”

CleanAir is committed to this simple and clear vision for the safety and health of our employees and others.

Safety is our highest priority and must be part of every decision and operation. We embody the attitude that “all injuries and accidents are preventable” and through the commitment of our leaders and the involvement of our employees, we will continuously improve our safety program and adopt best practices that meet and exceed all Federal, State and Local safety regulations.

Without question, safety is everyone’s responsibility at all levels. We accept personal accountability for our own safety. When we recognize hazards we will intervene and mitigate to ensure the safety of ourselves and others. We all own it.

Everyone at CleanAir is empowered to improve our safety culture through Near Miss Reporting, Job Hazard and Job Safety Analyses, and Safety Meeting participation.

I am personally committed to a safety and health program that will ensure the Safety and Health of everyone.

We are working hard across CleanAir to maintain a Zero Incident Culture. Our TRIR has been trending lower for the last five years and the rolling three year TRIR is 1.0.

We will get the safety results that we insist on. Join me in insisting on Zero incidents.

Allen Kephart
